Our Process

Step 1

Place Your Deposit & Join the Waitlist

Place your deposit to reserve your waitlist position, then complete the Puppy Approval Application. Selection order follows the waitlist. Our team will contact you to discuss approval and next steps.

Submitting the application does not guarantee approval or puppy availability. Deposits and payments remain subject to the breeder policy.

Step 2

Puppies Are Born

Waitlisted families are notified when the puppies arrive. The first several days stay quiet so mom and puppies can rest and bond.

Step 3

Your First Puppy Update

At around 10 days old, photos and videos begin so you can follow the litter as it grows.

Step 4

Choose Your Puppy

At approximately 4–5 weeks, families receive individual photos and videos and select in waitlist order, with guidance available.

Step 5

First Vet Visit

At approximately 6 weeks, puppies have their first veterinary visit, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Step 6

Meet Your Puppy

Approximately 3–5 days after first vaccinations, families can schedule a short in-person visit to meet their puppy and mom.

Step 7

Go-Home Day

Your puppy will go home no earlier than 8 weeks old. We coordinate pickup and provide transition information and ongoing support. Our puppies will have their second vet check and will be certified healthy by our vet before their go home date.
